More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund minus any processing fees.
24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% of the package cost will be refunded.
Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.
No-show: No refund.
Cancellation by the Service Provider:
If the service provider cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions), a full refund will be provided, or you can reschedule your trip for a later date without any extra charges.
Refund Process:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the same payment method used for booking.
